  • Page 2 Read all instructions carefully before installation including instructions packaged separately with the sauna heater. Please leave all instructions and warranty with the owner. WARNING: When using electrical sauna heaters and associated sauna products, basic precautions must be followed, including the following: 1.
  • Page 3 ROOM ASSEMBLY  Each panel is heavy. Be careful to avoid injury when installing, especially the top panel.  Two adults are required for the installation of sauna room.  There is a pin or a slot on the sides of each panel, which will be installed correspondently with one pin to one slot in the following way when installing: o The panel with pin should be lifted up about 1 inches (2 cm) higher than the panel with the slot (Refer to Picture 1).
  • Page 4 INSTALLATION OF SAUNA ROOM 1. Place the floor panel in the desired location on a level surface (Note: The floor panel must be level before installing wall and ceiling panels. If the surface is not level you may need to shim the bottom panel to get it level.) The base is numbered to cooraspond with the panels for correct locations.
  • Page 5 5. Place and latch the left side panel to the left back wall panel. 6. Place and latch left right front wall to left side wall. 7. Place and latch the door panel to the left front wall panel. 710-0131 Page 5 of 16 05/05/15 Rev.
  • Page 6 8. Place and latch the right front wall panel to the door panel and to the right wall panel. 9. Install the left, center and right support beams from the back of the room through the front wall. Note the notches in the beams to fit to the walls. 10.
  • Page 7 Drill the screws at an angle through the front and back walls into the center beam. Electrical Access Place the right ceiling panel on the room and be sure to ensure the trim inside the room is fitting on the wall. Be careful to push the wires from the front and back walls into the ceiling openings.
  • Page 8 Partially install the left ceiling panel on the room. Place a piece of packing between the bottom of ceiling and the top of the wall panel close to the peak. This will allow the panels to have space between the peaks.
  • Page 9 Electrical Installation Mount the CB PK -1 box on back wall. Location is designed by a small trim on wall. Refer to the Installation and Operation Manual provided with the sauna heater for detailed information about wire connections. Connect the low voltage cables from the wall into the CB PK-1 box.

  • Page 12 Roofing Installation for 4x6 and 5x7 Install the both pieces of front fascia. Make sure the peak of each fascia meets at the very top of the room. Install the fascia with a 90°front first so it will be overlapped to keep moisture from getting under the roofing.

  • Page 14 Interior Installation for 5 x 7 Install lower bench in the room after electrical wiring is completed. Install support member under the upper bench with screws on the left side of bench. Install the upper bench in the room. Install the return bench in the room between the front wall and the upper bench.
  • Page 15 SAUNALOGIC CONTROL OPERATION OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR LIGHTING Press “Light bulb inside a square” to switch on or off the interior lights. Press “Light bulb outside a square” to switch on or off the exterior lights. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAUNA HEATER Default settings for temperature are preset to 176°F, the bath time is set to 60 minutes and 0 minute delay to start to heat.
