and forward tag.
The last bit of the INT[16] Enable Store and
Forward array must be ' e nabled.' For
example, say that you create an INT[16] tag
named EnableSandF. Then
EnableSandF[15].15 must be set to 1 for
broadcast to work on radio modem.
