Installing a Secondary Battery
Pack or Hard Disk Drive
You can purchase a secondary battery pack or hard disk drive to be installed
in the multi-purpose bay.
1. Make sure that system power is off.
2. Open the multi-purpose bay cover by sliding the release latch towards
the left.
3. Press upward the release latch (
the existing device out of the bay.
4. With the ribbon strip facing outward, insert the new device all the way
into the media bay.
5. Close the multi-purpose bay cover.
