Scheduled Servicing
Checking the Over-Pressure Switch Operation (Fast Fill & Temperature Compensated
Units Only)
Compac Industries Ltd.
To check the operation of the Over-Pressure
cut off.
1.
Access the K-Factor switch on the C4000
processor.
2.
Obtain the over-pressure settings, PLa (for
side A) and PLb (for side B), as per the K-
Factor Switch Settings section (see page
25).
3.
Set the over-pressure cut-off point to below
the regulator pressure or target fill pressure
FPA ,,FPb
(
).
For example, if the regulator pressure is 220
bar, then set the over-pressure to 100 bar.
An exact value is not required; just make
sure that the value is significantly lower than
the regulator pressure.
4.
Start a fill. The dispenser should stop
shortly after the fill begins.
5.
Check the dispenser End of Sale indicator
states that the fill has ended because of
over-pressure. End of Sale Indicators (see
page 122)
6.
Reset the over-pressure cut-off point to its
original value.
