HOW TO ASSEMBLE : DEALER INSTRUCTIONS

Assemble the machine on the flat place.
Check if there are the bags of tools in the carton of machine.
Check if the quantity of oil is enough before using machine although the machine is oiled.
(Quantity of oil: refer to page 15 of the instruction manual)
ASSEMBLE OF LS280
1. Put the handle into the bracket and tightens the bolt with the cap nut. Fix the both sides of the clutch
levers with the R pin.
2. Tie the handle of right side, side clutch wire, throttle wire, and with the wire belt.
Then, tie the handle of left side, side clutch wire, running clutch wire, brake wire, and switch harness with
the wire belt. (Refer to fig.1)
3. Put the change lever into the bracket and fix the lever with the R pin.
Do not strain the side clutch wire, or the lever does not move smoothly.
4. Dump the platform (refer to page 13 of the instruction manual) and clamp the wires.
Tie the 2 wires (side clutch, throttle) with the clamp (right) and the 3 wires (side clutch, running clutch,
brake) and 1 harness with the clamp (left). Then, tie the all wires except the choke wire the wire belt.
(Refer to fig.2)
After assembling, rise and lower the platform and check if the wire does not disturb the operation.
If the wire disturb, it may cause the damage of the wire and
serious injury, as the platform is not locked completely.
After checking, lower the platform surely.
