Causes of Trouble and Measures
If the following phenomena occur, deal with them correctly according to the
Phenomenon
Machine does not
start. (Running clutch
is not in.)
Machine does not stop.
(Running clutch is not
out.)
Side clutch does not
return. (Is not out.)
Unusual sound is
noticed from
transmission
Gears are not
engaged.
Gear does not work.
Parking brake does not
work well.
Machine does not run
smoothly.
Crawler drops off.
Unusual heat or
intermittent sound is
noticed from turning
wheel or idle wheel.
Consult with the shop about *. You are charged a fee.

Cause
Running clutch wire is not adjusted.
V belt is worn out or damaged.
Gear is not completely in.
Parking brake is put on.
Transmission is in trouble.
Belt holder is not adjusted.
Running wire is not adjusted.
Side clutch wire is not adjusted.
Side clutch lever or wire gets rusty.
Nail clutch is worn out or damaged.
Transmission oil is lacking or very dirty.
Bearing or collar is worn out.
Gear or bearing is damaged or worn out.
Gear is not securely shifted.
Change rod is bent. Shift gear is worn out.
Load is too heavy
Shift gear is damaged or overheated
Bearing is worn out.
Change rod is bent.
Parking brake is not adjusted.
Parking brake wire gets rusty.
Brake lining is worn out.
Water is in brake drum.
Load is too heavy.
Load is too heavy.
Driving sprocket is worn out or damaged.
Turning wheel and idle wheel are
damaged.
Crawler is loosened or worn out.

Measure
Adjust running clutch wire.
Exchange belt.
Put in gear completely.
Put off parking brake.
Dismantle and repair transmission.
Adjust belt holder.
Adjust running wire.
Adjust side clutch wire.
After inspection, oil or exchange it.
Dismantle and repair transmission case.
After inspection, refuel or exchange oil.
Dismantle and repair transmission case.
Dismantle and repair transmission case.
Shift gear securely.

Reduce load to less than movable load.
