Attaching the Center Slide Bar to the Server

Using the two center slide bars removed in the previous procedure attach them
to the server as follows:
1. Align the mounting holes in each slide bar to the threaded holes on the side
of the server (see Figure 2-4).
Note:
server chassis only when the safety latch (B) is pointed
towards the front of the server.
2. Secure each slide bar to the server with three screws, as shown in
Figure 2-4. Ensure the safety latch (B) is pointed towards the front of the
server. Use the screws shown as "C" in Figure 2-1.
