2-2-5. Replacing the MB-1072 Board
(HCDU1500)
1. Remove the rear panel. (Refer to Section 2-2-4.)
2. Pull the lever in the direction of the arrow. Remove the
plug-in board.

3. Remove the two screws of the VIF stopper securing
the rear board block.
4. Disconnect the harness B from the connector CN15 on
the CN-2672 board.
5. Disconnect the flexible card wire from connector CN3
on the CNB-22 board, and pull out the HIF-27 board,
the SDI-87 board, and the CN-2676 board in the
direction of the arrow.

6. Disconnect the harness from the connectors CN4 and
CN101 on the VIF-34B board.
7. Disconnect the flexible card wire from the connector
CN5 on the CNB-22 board, and pull out the VIF-34B
board in the direction of the arrow.
8. Disconnect the flexible card wire from the connector
CN4 on the CNB-22 board, and pull out the ADO-10
board in the direction of the arrow.

9. Disconnect the harness from the connector CN1 on the
MB-1072 board.
10. Remove the four screws and remove the MB-1072
board.

11. Install the MB-1072 board in the reverse order.
