◆ When SMS is received
When an SMS message is received, the notification icon
appears on the status bar (→P50). To check the new SMS,
open the Notification panel (→P52) and then tap the
notification.
✔INFORMATION

If the terminal is initialized and an SMS is received right after
rebooting, ringtone and vibrator may not work regardless of
notification settings for SMS.
･
SMS cannot be received when the terminal is low on
memory. Delete unnecessary applications etc. to obtain

◆ Displaying sent/received SMS

From the Home screen,
2 Select a message thread

Tap [CALL] to make a call.
◆ Replying to SMS

2 Select a message thread→[Type message]→
Enter a message→[Send]
→[Messaging]
→[Messaging]
◆ Forwarding SMS

From the Home screen,
2 Select a message thread→Touch and hold SMS
→[Forward]

Enter a mobile phone number→[確定 (Done)]→
[Send]

When a phone number or reading is entered, the
contacts matching the phonebook data appear and then
you can select from them.
◆ Deleting SMS

2 Select a message thread→Touch and hold SMS
→[Delete]→[DELETE]

To delete a message thread, touch and hold a message
thread→Tap [DELETE]→[DELETE].

To delete all message threads, in the message thread screen,
tap [MENU]→[Delete all threads]→[DELETE].
