Initializing an access point
By initializing an access point, the default state is restored.

From the Home screen,
[Wireless & networks]→[More]→[Cellular
networks]→[Access Point Names]

[MENU]→[Reset to default]

You can delete access point one by one by tapping an access
point from the APN list screen→Tap [MENU] on the access
point editing screen→and [Delete APN].
