Opens the menu level last displayed in this
power cycle, unless power has been cycled
since exiting PROGRAM mode or more than 10
minutes have elapsed since PROGRAM mode
was used. Then top level menu will be displayed.
LCD toggles between % or linear units
Opens the top level menu.
LCD displays primary or secondary value.
