Refitting the driven pulley shaft bearing
•
Slightly heat the crankcase from the in-
side so as not to damage the coated
surface.
•
Insert the bearing in its housing.
CAUTION
REST THE COVER ON A SUITABLE SURFACE TO AVOID
DAMAGING THE COVER COAT.
NOTE
ALWAYS REPLACE THE BEARING WITH A NEW ONE AT
EVERY REFIT

Specific tooling

(15x35x11) on crankcase cover
Removing the driven pulley
•
Remove the transmission cover.
•
Remove the fixed driving half-pulley.
•
Lock the clutch bell with a calliper
spanner.
•
Unscrew and remove the clutch nut.
•
Remove the clutch bell.
