Changing the tool offset value (G10)

With the command "G10 P ⋅⋅⋅ X(U) ⋅⋅⋅ Y(V) ⋅⋅⋅ Z(W) ⋅⋅⋅ R(C) ⋅⋅⋅ Q ;", the available tool offsets can be overwritten. However, it is
not possible to create new tool offsets.
