Read all instructions before using this treadmill. DANGER: To reduce the risk of electric shock, always unplug the treadmill from the electrical outlet immediately after using and before cleaning, assembling, or servicing the treadmill.
  • Page 5 Always hold on to the handrails while using the treadmill. Always make sure the storage latch is in place when folding and moving the treadmill. Do not leave children who are under 12 years-old unsupervised near or on the treadmill. To disconnect, turn all controls to the off position, then remove plug from the wall outlet.

    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Tool: Allen Wrench with Phillips Screwdriver 5mm Step 1 Remove the treadmill from the shipping carton and place it on a level flat surface. Please always use the aid of a second person when removing the treadmill from the carton. Connect the Sensor Cable I (32) from the Base Frame (57) to the Sensor Cable II (33) from the Right Handlebar Support Tube (10R).
  • Page 11 Tool: Allen Wrench 6mm Step 2 Attach the Lower Desk (76) onto the Left/Right Handlebar Support Tube (10L, 10R) with two M8x100mm Hexagon Socket Head Cap Bolts (97). Semi-tighten bolts with 6mm Allen Wrench provided. NOTE: DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN HARDWARE IN STEP 2 UNTIL STEP 3 IS COMPLETED.
  • Page 12 Tool: Allen Wrench with Phillips Screwdriver 5mm Step 3 Connect the Sensor Cable II (33) from the Right Handlebar Support Tube (10R) to the Sensor Cable III (34) from the Handlebar (68). It is recommended to have a second person assist with this step. One person should hold the Handlebar (68)in place while the other person connects the sensor cables.
  • Page 13 Tool: Allen Wrench 6mm Step 4 The running belt has been adjusted to the running deck at the factory before it was shipped. At times the running belt may get slippery during shipment. After the treadmill is completely assembled, use the 6mm Allen Wrench provided to turn the both left and right rear roller adjustment bolts 1/4 turn clockwise before using the treadmill.

    STORAGE Spring Knob LIFTING UP THE TREADMILL Firmly grasp the back end of the treadmill. Carefully lift the end of the treadmill up into the upright position until the Spring Knob "pops" down into the locked position. Make sure the deck is securely locked before moving the treadmill.

    MOVING THE TREADMILL Handlebar Transport Wheel The unit can be carefully tilted onto its transport wheels for easy moving and storage. With the treadmill in the folded locked position, firmly grasp the Handlebar with both hands and place one foot on the Transport Wheel. Next, carefully tilt the treadmill back until it rolls freely on the transport wheels.

    OPERATING THE COMPUTER Quick Start: Flip the Master Power Switch that is located at the front of the treadmill to the ON position. The treadmill will self-test for 2 seconds on startup and then the speed setting will show up after a 2 second long beep.
  • Page 17 MODE: Used to confirm hours for time setting and also used to select different functions (time, distance, or calories) for setting exercise goals. To select the body fat function mode. PROGRAM: Used to select the training program of choice (P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, USER1, or USER2).
  • Page 18 DISTANCE: Displays the cumulative distance traveled during your workout. You may also pre-set target distance in STOP mode before training. To set DISTANCE press the MODE button until you see the split window of DISTANCE begin blinking and the screen displays Distance Goal.

Press the PROGRAM button to select one of five programs. The split window of TIME will begin blinking for pre-setting training program time.

Press the PROGRAM button to select training program USER1 or USER2. Time setting: The split window of TIME will begin blinking for pre-setting training program time. The initial pre-set training program time is 30:00 minutes.

    CARE, MAINTENANCE & TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE WARNING: To prevent electrical shock, please turn off and unplug the treadmill before cleaning or performing routine maintenance. CLEANING After each exercise, ensure that the unit is wiped down and any sweat is removed from the unit. The treadmill can be cleaned with a soft cloth and mild detergent.

    BELT ADJUSTMENT The running belt is pre-adjusted to the running deck at the factory, but after prolonged use it can stretch and require readjustment. To adjust the belt, turn on the main power switch of the treadmill and let the belt run at a speed of 2-3 KPH. Use the 6mm Allen Wrench provided to turn the rear roller adjustment bolts in order to centre the belt.

    INCLINE ADJUSTMENT Place one hand on the rear end of main frame. Lift the main frame up then adjust the Incline Adjuster to the desired position. LUBRICATION Silicone Oil 1 PC Lubricating under the running belt will ensure superior performance and extend its life expectancy.

    OPERATING THE ELECTRICAL OUTLET Electrical Outlet The power cable for the Electrical Outlet (96) on the Lower Desk (76) must be plugged into a regular electrical wall outlet to function. The Electrical Outlet (96) is not powered by the main Power Cord (35) alone.

    WARM UP AND COOL DOWN ROUTINE The WARM-UP is an important part of any workout. The purpose of warming up is to prepare your body for exercise and to minimize injuries. Warm up for two to five minutes before aerobic exercising. It should begin every session to prepare your body for more strenuous exercise by heating up and stretching your muscles, increasing your circulation and pulse rate, and delivering more oxygen to your muscles.
  • Page 26 QUADRICEPS STRETCH With one hand against a wall for balance, reach behind you and pull your right foot up. Bring your heel as close to your buttocks as possible. Hold for 15 counts and repeat with left foot. INNER THIGH STRETCH Sit with the soles of your feet together and your knees pointing outward.
