A. Removing the ADF
1)
Pull up the open/close lever 0 to open
the top unit.

2) Disengage the two claws 0, and
remove the lower left cover @ down-
ward.

3) Remove the screw @I>, and remove the
rearlcover @ while disengaging the four
clays 0.

4) Close the top unit.
5) Remove the two screws 0, and remove
the fixing plate @.
