NOTE: The maintenance and service must be carried by qualified service person.

1.The steam oven will not function:
-Turn the steam oven off and remove the plug from the power supply.
-Check if the fuse has blown and replace the blown fuse.
-Re-connect to the power and start the steam oven. If the oven still will not start, contact
the service centre.
2.If the steam oven fails to heat up after it starts:
-Check whether the steam oven door has been closed properly.
-Check there is adequate water in the water tank.
-Check whether the fuse on heating element has blown.
3.If the steam oven takes too long to heat up:
-Check whether there is a thick layer of scale on the heating element and clean the heating
element. If this fails to solve the problem, please contact the service centre.
-Check whether the door seal has been damaged. If so, call the service centre for
replacement.
4.If symbol appears on the display:
Check whether there is enough water in the water tank or the door might not close properly.
NOTICE
