     In order to avoid electric shock, please make sure the oven has been shut off before carrying out the maintenance.  Use only original accessories provided by ELBA or its authorized service center.  Do not use wet parts of body to touch the oven.

    3.2 Installation of Built-in Steam Oven The material of the cabinet should be insulated, and the clearance between the edge of the cabinet and the oven should be over 80mm for ventilation. The panels of the adjacent cabinets must be made of heat-resistant material which can withstand temperatures of up to 100℃. In compliance with current safety standards, contact with the electrical parts of the oven must not be possible once it has been installed.

    4. CONNECTION OF THE APPLIANCE 4.1 Fitting on a Power Supply Cable The appliance has to be equipped with a three-core power supply cable which is designed to operate with an alternating current. The AC power supply should be supplied with 220-240V, 50Hz and a minimum 15A distribution circuit fuse or at least 15A distribution circuit breaker.

     Place the drip tray provided at the bottom shelf of the oven to prevent any sauce and/or grease from dripping onto the bottom of the steam oven when using the steam tray. Never place anything on the bottom of the oven when it is in operation because this could damage the inner oven.

    6. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS 6.1 Panel and Display Descriptions Icon Descriptions Menu / Lamp Button, Press button to select the program. When the program is running, press this button to turn off light. Press again to turn it on. Confirm Button, Press button to confirm the program, temperature or timer.

    7. PROGRAMS AND FUNCTIONS 7.1 Selecting the Cooking Programs To select the cooking programs, touch the panel and select the desire program.     7.2 Starting the oven 1. Open the oven door and pull out the water tank. Fill the water until the level of indicator on “MAX” and put it back. Then close the oven door. (REMARK: Please use purified water or distilled water to avoid the water system getting blocked or a build-up of scale.) 2.
  • Page 13 6. Press button again if you wish to select another cooking program. The cooking program will follow the sequence from the left to right (Manual → Meat → Seafood → Vegetables → Noodles → Defrost → Sterilizing). 7. Once the desire program is decide, press button to confirm the cooking program.

Press the button to decrease the temperature. 12. Once the program, temperature and timer has been select. Press the button to start the program.

WARNING: The fan motor will run for 15 minutes after cooking time finishes. Condensation may fall into the gutter under the oven door.     7.6 Child Lock 1. The child lock function is available when the appliance is working. Hold button for 3 seconds to perform child lock. The icon will appear and all the button is unavailable. 2. Hold button again for 3 seconds to release child lock. REMARK: The child lock will automatically release when the cooking time completed.

    9. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Before cleaning or performing maintenance on your steam oven, disconnect the steam oven from the power supply. To extend the lifespan of your oven, it must be cleaned frequently. Water Tank Before using the steam oven for the first time, we suggest to flush the built in water tank. Connect the appliance to power and turn on.
