Possible cause
The fan is blocked or
defective.
There is a fault in the
electronics.
Troubleshooting
Solution
Use a tool such as a fork to
check if the fan is blocked and
remove the object.
If the fault message continues to
appear, please contact
customer service.
Interrupt the power supply to the
cooktop for approx. 1 minute.
If the problem persists after
reconnecting the power supply,
please contact Miele Customer
Service.
