Troubleshooting

When there is no impulse felt on the electrodes after suiting up and the start of the training please
do the following. If your problem is still present after checking the following steps please contact
XBody helpdesk.
Make sure of the following:
Make sure that the electrode covers and the underwear are properly moistened.
Make sure that all the belts as well as the suit are tightened.
Make sure that the suit cable is properly connected and the spiral cable is properly
connected to the device.
Press the On/Off button.
Set the Master regulator to 50-70 %.
Set the intensity for each muscle groups according to the client.
If the above did not help to make the stimulation be felt, do the following:
Put the suit on the ground.
Connect the optional cable also.
Connect the suit cable to the device with the spiral cable.
Switch on the device.
Start a training in Presentation mode.
Select the Manual Settings program.
Set 100 % intensity for the arm and optional channel.
Change the impulse settings: Set the impulse break to 0, so the impulse will be continuous.
Press the Start button.
Set the Master regulator to 30 % in the beginning.
Take the arm cable patents with both of your hands (with thumbs) and after that the
optional channel cable patent too and you should feel mild tingling.
If you don't feel anything set the master to be 50 %.
If still nothing then to 60 %.
If still nothing, try it with another spiral cable.
If still nothing, try it with another suit cable.
If the impulse still cannot be felt, contact XBody Helpdesk.
