Maintenance information

6.1

Machine

Cleaning the machine must be done only after it is unplugged from the socket. Wipe the
machine with damp cloth and mild detergent. This is all that is needed to maintain the
cleanliness and cosmetic acceptability of the machine.
Do not use any kind of cleaner containing grains or acid because it can damage the outer
surface of the machine.
Use clean hands when operating the machine. Avoid using hands subject to applications of
body lotion, massage oil etc. that will linger on the control surfaces of the machine.
No calibration is needed.
No external modification of any part of the device is allowed!
Maintenance can only be done by the manufacturer. Please call the helpdesk if
maintenance is necessary.
It is strictly prohibited to do any maintenance on the device and it can be opened by the
user only if authorized by the manufacturer!
6.2

Storage and transportation

Storage of the device shall be in a dry place in ambient temperature. Two XBody Newave packages
can be stored on the top of each other, and five head packages can be racked. Transportation can be
done only in the original package. Please use "Fragile" labeling.
6.3

Expected service life

The expected service life for the device including the head and the leg is 5 years. You can find further
information about warranty below. The shelf life of the device and the accessories is longer than the
expected service life.
