In this window (with any training program) you can see 10 different buttons on the left-hand and
right-hand sides of the screen. Each is connected to a channel regulator which can be used to
increase or decrease the intensity of the muscle group. The regulator can be used as a Slider or it can
be fine-tuned with the Plus (+) and the Minus (-) buttons. After these values are set the training can
begin by pressing the green Start button in the center above the Slider. After the training is started
the training a Master regulator appears starting at 0% and the current state of the training can be
seen in the middle. In order to prevent a sudden increase of the intensity, the strength of stimulation
can only be changed during an impulse.
The Master regulator can be set up like other load values. It has a multiplicative effect on all the
stimulating currents and it can be set between 0% and 100%.
During the pause period the impulse intensity cannot be increased, since the trainer must be aware
how the client reacts when the impulse is being increased.
