RAID Configuration

The RAID options available for your system provide your system with the added
security of fault tolerance.
If you order a system with a SecuRAID 110 controller, the system is pre-cabled at the
factory as shown in Figure A-3. If you order a system with a SecuRAID 530 controller,
the system is pre-cabled at the factory as shown in Figure A-4.
A – SCSI backplane
B – Five SCSI disk drive bays (Fifth bay is
available in the standard configuration.

C – SCSI hard disk drives
D – Ultra-160/M SCSI interface cable
E – RAID Controller
F – Ultra2 SCSI connector (68 pin)
