11-PROBLEMS/CAUSES/SOLUTIONS
The boiler does not start
ANOMALIES RELATED TO THE PLUMBING SYSTEM
No increase in temperature with
boiler in operation
Condensation in boiler
Radiators cold in winter
ATTENTION!

No power supply
Pellet probe blocked
Blown fuse
Pressure switch faulty (block alert)
Clogged smoke exhaust or smoke duct
Water temperature probe triggered
Incorrect combustion adjustment.
Boiler/system dirty
Insufficient boiler power.
Poor pellet quality
Incorrect temperature adjustment
Insufficient fuel consumption.
Room thermostat (local or remote) set
too low. If remote thermostat, check if it
is defective.
Circulator does not run because blocked.
Circulator does not run.
Radiators have air in them
Check that the plug is inserted and the
main switch is in the "I" position.
Unblock it by acting on the rear thermostat,
if it happens again contact the service
centre.
Replace the fuse.
Water pressure low in boiler
Clean the smoke exhaust and/or the smoke
duct.
Contact the service centre
Check recipe and parameters.
Check and clean the boiler.
Check that the boiler is properly sized for
the requirements of the system.
Use quality pellets
Set the boiler at a higher temperature
Check the recipe and/or technical
parameters.
Set it at a higher temperature or replace it.
(if remote)
Free up the circulator by removing the plug
and turning the shaft with a screwdriver.
Check the electrical connections of the
circulator; replace if necessary.
Bleed the radiators
