Transferring a call to another handset
You are making an external call and would like to transfer it to another handset.
Establish an internal enquiry call (page 26) and press the End call key a (also before
answer), to transfer the call.
Dealing with a waiting external call – CW (Call Waiting)
Requirement: CW (Call Waiting) set up, see page 74.
You hear the call waiting tone (short beep) if you receive an external call while conduct-
ing another call (internal or external). The caller's number or name will appear in the dis-
play if Calling Line Identification is enabled.
There are four ways to deal with a waiting external call:
Accept the waiting call – enquiry call:
Press the
display key. You answer the waiting call and the first call is put on hold.
ACCEPT
Both parties are shown on the display, the current one is marked.

Reject call waiting
Press the
display key to reject a waiting call.

If you reject the call waiting tone on your handset, it can still be heard on
other registered handsets.
Changing parties

To divert a waiting call internally:
You can divert the waiting call internally without answering the call.

Diversion is only possible to internal subscribers who are not already
being called.
End your current call. The waiting call becomes a
normal call.
Press the Talk key to accept the call.
Select the internal number and confirm,
OK
e. g. INT11: Int.11.
The call waiting tone ceases. The waiting call has
been successfully diverted.
Continue the active call.
You continue to hear the call waiting tone.
The waiting call could not be diverted.
