Requirement: You have established an enquiry call (page 25 or page 26).
There is both an active call (the one established with an enquiry call) and a held call (the
first). You can speak to both subscribers one at a time.
Using q / q or y
An external subscriber will hear the set waiting melody in a connection on hold
(page 75) if the connection is on hold internally (page 74). An internal subscriber in a
connection on hold does not hear a waiting melody.
To end an enquiry call/toggling:

Conference call
Requirement: You have established an enquiry call (page 25 or page 26).
There is both an active call (the one established with an enquiry call) and a held call (the
first). In a conference call you can speak to both of the other parties at the same time.
You can establish a conference call with

two external subscribers or

one internal subscriber and one external subscriber.

It is possible to conduct two conference calls at the same time on one base station.
Press the display key to return to the external sub-
scriber.
The internal subscriber has answered:
Toggle (page 27):
Switch between subscribers.
Conference call (page 27):
Press the display key to establish a conference call.
Transfer the call (page 28).
x, you can switch between the two subscribers.
To end the call that is currently active:
Open menu.
Select and confirm. You return to the waiting sub-

scriber.
Press the end call key.
The active connection is ended. You will automati-
cally be called back by the person on hold.
