2-2-5. Handle Assembly

1. Refer to Sections from 2-2-3 to 2-2-4 and
disassemble the unit up to "EVF Assembly"
removal.
2. Remove the two screws, and remove the
cover (F handle).
3. Disconnect the connector (CN12) on the HN-
320 board from the connector (CN1) on the
HN-338 board.

The life of the flexible board and the flexible
card wire will be significantly shortened if
they are folded. Be very careful not to fold
them.
4. Disconnect the harness from the connector
(CN2) on the LED-465 board.
5. Disconnect the flexible card wire (30 core)
from the connector (CN4) on the DR-621
board.
6. Remove the three screws of a that fix the
control switch block.
7. Remove the four screws of b and one screw
of c, and disconnect the coaxial cable with
connector (DPR-LCD) from the connector on
the DPR-289 board.
8. Remove the handle assembly while pulling
off the flexible card wire (30 core).

The coaxial cable with connector uses fine
pitch coaxial cables. Be careful when arrang-
ing the cable. When disconnecting the coaxial
cable with connector, do not attempt to
remove by pulling the cable. Be sure to hold
the connector to remove.
9. Reinstall the handle assembly by reversing
the steps of removal.
