Description
Sets the pulses to be read from the pulse generator.
0: Forward = A pulse leads
1: Forward = B pulse leads
Number of gear teeth between the PG and motor.

Sets the division ratio for PG encoder pulse output.
Set as a three-digit number where x is the first digit, y
