The installed jet regulator ( Fig. 7/2) makes it possible to adjust the spray beam from the full flat jet
to a fine round jet to match the respective workpiece form.

7.5.3 Fluid pressure

An even fluid pressure is ensured by an upstream pressure controller. The required pressure is
determined by the viscosity of the materials that are to be processed and must be established
through tests.

If too much fluid is being sprayed, the fluid output can be reduced with the needle stroke adjusting
screw ( Fig. 8/1). If the flow needs to be restricted significantly, you should select a smaller nozzle
if possible.
The graphic shows the hand-held spray gun with a closing piece ( Fig. 8/1).
