Hand-held spray gun HS-25/2K
When mixing different components and/or during the simultaneous use of solvents or
thinners in order to produce coating materials, take measures to prevent the creation of
materials with inherent increased risk potential (e.g. flammability, explosiveness,
increased propensity for explosions through spraying with air, toxicity, increased toxicity
through chemical reaction with air, etc.)! Avoid increasing the risk potential due as it
relates to undesirable chemical reactions! In case of doubt, consult the supplier or sup-
pliers of the components! If necessary, take precautionary measures and point out the
special hazards in a special manner!
During the processing of materials, e.g. solvents that may create an increased explosion
potential through atomising or spraying in air, take precautionary measures and point out
the special hazards in a special manner! In case of doubt, consult the supplier or sup-
pliers of the components!
During a continuous use for more than 8 hours, the thermal upper limit of 43 °C should
not be exceeded. If necessary, install guards and post notices regarding the risk of burns
through coating material and/or heated air and especially point out risks due to leaks or a
bursting of the spray gun! If required, wear protective clothing, safety goggles, gloves,
etc.
No claims of any kind can be asserted due to damage resulting from misuse.

General safety instructions

DANGER!
Risk of death due to high pressure!
The material jet exits the front opening of the fluid nozzle with high speed. The material jet
may penetrate skin, enter the body and forcefully inject air.
This presents the risk of causing a fatal embolism.
In addition, there is a risk of poisoning in case of toxic coating or cleaning material.
Avoid unintended triggering of the pull lever.
Concentration at the work station is imperative.
When unauthorized persons are present, alert them to keep at a distance from the oper-
ator while he is performing his work.
Before starting any cleaning or maintenance work, it is imperative to close the material
supply and to discharge the stored residual energy by operating the pull lever. Always
wait until the pressure is released.
Never point the hand-held spray gun at living beings.
Only trained personnel is permitted to perform cleaning and maintenance work.
