After Setting Up Your System

Hardware Warranty

TDT System 3 hardware carries a five-year warranty on parts and labor. Custom
hardware carries a one-year warranty on parts and labor. All headstages, the
ES1 and the EC1 carry a two-year warranty. Contact TDT to obtain an RMA
(return merchandise authorization) number before returning any hardware.
Repairs are usually completed within one week of receipt.

Updating Your System

Typically, when adding new modules to an existing system, you will need to
update the microcode on existing programmable devices to match the latest
version of drivers supplied with your new modules.
