When placing a call within your country
(outside of the US), you must still enter your
Dial Prefix and the Country Code before
entering the telephone number. To place the
call within France, for example, you would
dial 00 + country code + area code +
number, or 003356443822.

Press the Menu/Exit button until the LCD
displays Yap Jack Pro * Ready *, and hang
up your telephone handset.
Changing the Voice Headers
Setting
You can switch between N2P and RTP (default) voice
headers, depending on Net2Phone network routing. This
value should only be modified if directed to by a
Net2Phone reseller or Net2Phone support.
To change the voice headers setting:
1.
When Yap Jack Pro * Ready * is displayed
on the LCD, press the Menu/Exit button.
2.
Using the down ( ) button, move to the
>Advanced Setup menu option, and press the
OK button.
3.
Using the down ( ) button, move to the
>Device Setup menu option, and press the OK
button.
4.
Using the down ( ) button, move to the >Voice
Headers menu option, and press the OK button.
The Voice Headers entry field displays.
5.
Use the down ( ) button to select N2P or the up
( ) button to select RTP.
6.
To save your entry, press the OK button.
Changing the Frames per Packet
Setting
If users encounter poor call quality because of bandwidth
issues, the frames per packet setting can be changed to 1,
2 or 3. The default setting is 2. 1 can be used when the
connection is good, 3 when the connection is poor.
