Yap Jack Pro User's Guide – Chapter 5
will be unable to receive calls. When you complete a call,
the Yap Jack Pro will resume listening for incoming calls.
The device will stay in Accept Call mode until you make an
outbound call or until the time defined in the Connection
Time setting expires.
If the Yap Jack Pro is in Stay Connected
mode and the device is connected to your
ISP, it is automatically in Accept Call mode.
You can make and receive calls but not at
the same time.

Upgrade

This menu item enables you to obtain the latest version of
the Yap Jack Pro firmware.

Self Test

This menu item enables you to check if your ISP
information has been entered correctly and that the Yap
Jack Pro is able to connect to your ISP successfully.
The Self Test will not test the receipt printing
functionality. To do that, you must place a
test call. See Placing a Test Call in Chapter
2, Getting Started.

Information

This menu allows you to view the following types of
information:
Firmware Version Number
Hardware Serial Number

Lock Menus

This menu option enables you to you to lock and unlock
LCD menu access and set up a login password.
