NOTE:
The addition of storage will take a minimum of two hours to complete. You will not be able to
complete the next steps until storage is formatted.
6. Using an SFTP client copy the saved configuration zip file to the config folder on the appliance.
Using Linux
a. sftp Admin@<IP_address>
b. cd config
c. put <config_filename>.zip
d. exit sftp
Using a Windows sftp client
a. Ensure that the File Protocol is set to SFTP, not SCP.
b. Login as Admin.
c. Copy <config_filename>.zip to config.
7. Use the following StoreOnce CLI command to check that the file has been uploaded:
config show list
8. Run the StoreOnce CLI command:
config restore devices <config_filename>
This command will restore device settings for the appliance.
9. After configuration recovery, backups can be configured and replication mappings re-established to
reverse replicate data back to the appliance (see replication information in the user guide).
