Tester

Ręczny tester jest wykorzystywany do kontroli poprawnej pracy
układu wyzwalania, do kontroli przekładników energii oraz
przekładników prądowych, jak również do kontroli elektromagnesu
wyzwalającego F5 oraz do wyświetlania danych.
9.6.1 Wygląd
(1) Kontrolka LED napięcia zasilania
(2) Przyciski sterujące
(3) 6 diod LED pokazujących wyniki testów

Przygotowania

- Wyłączyć i odłączyć wyłącznik
- Zapisać ustawione wartości układu wyzwolenia
przetężeniowego
- Wyłączyć funkcję ochrony przez zwarciem doziemnym
w module przetężeniowym, jeśli jest dostępna

- Ustawić wartość prądu I
- Odłączyć zewnętrzne zasilanie systemu elektronicznego,
jeśli jest wykorzystywane
- Zdjąć osłonę ze złącza testowego X25 modułu
przetężeniowego
OSTROŻNIE
Używanie ręcznego testera przy załączonym
wyłączniku może spowodować błędne wyzwolenie
i zniszczenie testera.

9.6 Test device
The handheld test device is used to verify the proper operation of
the trip unit, the energy transformers and current transformers as
well as the tripping solenoid F5 and the data display.
9.6.1 View

(1) LED for operating voltage indication
(2) Control buttons
(3) 6 LED's to show test results
9.6.2 Preparations
- Switch off and isolate the circuit-breaker
- Note the setting values of the overload release
- Switch off the earth-fault protection at the overcurrent
release, if available

- Setting value I = 1.0 I

- Interrupt external voltage supply for the electronic system,
if available
- Remove the cap from the test connector X25 of the trip
unit
CAUTION
Using the manual test unit with circuit-breaker closed
can cause false tripping and destroy the manual test
unit.
