About This Book

This book is intended for those who use the ShoreTel IP Phone 420 in a ShoreTel Connect CLOUD or
ShoreTel Connect ONSITE system. It describes the phone's features and how to use the phone.

Organization

This document is divided into the following chapters:
Chapter 1,

