For Product installed (and currently located) outside the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, if, in the opinion of Eaton, a Warranted Item is defective, Eaton's sole obligation, at the option of Eaton, will be to refurbish or replace such defective Warranted Item (not including the costs of labor coverage).
