To change the set-point memory press "UP" or "DOWN".
  
Press "SET" to accept the new selection and access the set-point value.

Set-point Value

The set-point value may be adjusted after selecting the set-point memory and
pressing "SET".
 
The first digit flashes on and off. If the set-point value is correct, press "EXIT" to
display the temperature scale units.
If the first digit is correct press "SET".
To adjust the first digit, press "UP" or "DOWN". Then, press "SET" to go to the
second digit. The second digit of the temperature should now be flashing. Adjust
this digit by pressing "UP" or "DOWN".
Press "SET" to accept the second digit and repeat until the last digit has been
adjusted.
 
Press "SET" to accept the new set-point. If "EXIT" is pressed all changes made
to the set-point are discarded.
