procedure:
a.
Power-on
the counter.
Verify that the
REM, ADDR,
and
SRQ
LEDs
flash
on and off once.
If
the indicators
do
not flash or flash
continuously, there
is
a fault
on
the
GPIB PCB.
b.
Test
as
shown
below:
