the following procedure:
(1)
Turn
off
the
RF
output
of
the
signal
generator.
(2)
Press the
RESOLUTION
f
key
five
times
until
00000000
is
displayed.
NOTE:
Disregard any
noisy readings that
may
be experienced.
(3)
Turn on
the
RF
output
of
the
signal
generator.
(4)
Increase the generator's
output
to 13
mV
r.m.s.
(5)
Adjust
R150
slowly
clockwise
until
the display
just
becomes
unstable.
Turn
R150
slowly
counterclockwise
until
the
display
is
just
stable,
showing
100.000000

GATE LED
stops
