When the adjusting nut is unscrewed beyond the maximum allowable stroke, air will start to leak from the rear of the adjusting nut. Do not use the tool if the air leaks from the tool. When air leaks from the tool, isolate the air from the tool and then screw the adjusting nut back onto the spring housing 3.
- Page 5 Maintenance/Dismantling Instructions THE AIR LINE MUST BE DISCCONNECTED BEFORE ANY DISMANTLING IS ATTEMPTED Unscrew the Adjusting Nut 8 from the Spring Housing 3 by hand. Unscrew the Spring Housing fully 3 using a 25mmA/F spanner. Remove the Spring 6, Washer 5 and Hydraulic Piston 4 from the rear of the tool.
