PROBABLE CAUSE
An error was detected at the
beginning of the Calibration Mode,
where X=
X=1: The calibration tubes were
not in consecutive order in
the rack.
X=2: Less than five tubes were
detected in the calibration
rack.
X=3: No cal rack was detected.
An error was detected at the
beginning of a Control sample run,
where X=
X=1: The tubes were not in
consecutive order in the
rack.
This error is not used in current
instrument software.
This error is not used in current
instrument software.
A tube was not detected in the
STAT holder when an SG Well
Clean operation began.
The left (Out Feed) side of the
Rack Sample Handler contains 10
racks. This error occurs only when
the rack Circulation mode is set to
OFF.

SOLUTION
X=1: Place the cal tubes in the
correct rack positions, as
shown on the display.
X=2: Be sure all five tubes are
present in the rack.
X=3: Do not press CONTINUE from
the Calibration screen until the
cal rack is in place.
X=1: Place the controls in a
consecutive order in the rack,
beginning with rack position 1.
Be sure a tube of full-strength bleach
is in place in the STAT holder, and the
holder is pushed fully back into
sampling position, before beginning an
SG Clean operation.
Remove the racks from the outfeed
area.
