Replacement Procedures

Power Switch

Removal
1. Prepare the printer for maintenance (page 178).
2. Remove the card cage fan (page 239).
3. Disconnect the power switch electrical leads.
Cabinet Models: See page 298.
Tabletop and Pedestal Models: See page 282.
4. Press in on the spring clips and remove the power switch from the printer.
Installation
1. Press the power switch into the cutout until the spring clips snap into
place.
Cabinet models: See page 298.
Tabletop and Pedestal models: See page 282.
CAUTION
To prevent severe damage to the printer, the power switch electrical
leads must be connected correctly.
2. Connect the four power switch electrical leads.

Tabletop and Pedestal Models: See page 282.
3. Install the card cage fan (page 239).
4. Return the printer to normal operation (page 179).
