Setting Digital/Systems
address
The digital/systems address is set
with 8 coding switches on the elec-
tronic circuit board. This circuit board
is permanently mounted under the
roof of the car. The coding switches
are accessible after you have opened
the side doors on the car.
The digital/systems address is clearly
defined by the settings for switches 1
through 8 on the circuit board.
Each switch has 2 different positions:
On = up
Off = down
10
Important: The up position is marked
with a small arrow next to the coding
switches. The point of the arrow
corresponds to the setting "on".
The position for each individual
switch can be found in the code
table the follows this text. If the
switch is identified with its number,
then this switch must set to the "on"
position. A dash "–" means that this
switch must be in the "off" setting.
Example: The desired digital/
systems address is 21.
Switches 1, 4 and 7 at on.
Switches 2, 3, 5, 6 and 8 at off.
