6.4 Testing Upgrading Results

After the cards are upgraded, it is necessary to check whether the cards work normally
and the services are not affected.
Prerequisite
Before the operation, make sure that the upgrading of all the cards are complete.

The test content includes the following:
l Narrowband service

Steps
1. Perform the following operations to test the narrowband service.
l Test whether the H.248 interface status is compatible with that prior to upgrading.
l Test whether the user's fax service is normal.

Test whether the voice service is normal.

Test whether the POTS machine, and the intelligent public telephone is normal.
2. Perform the following operations to test the broadband services.

Test whether the broadband dialling is normal.

Test whether the web page opening, the e-mail sending and receiving and the
download rate are normal.
