8-20 Diagnostics and Errors
Not enough memory to create the downloaded TrueType
characters in the scalable (vector) fonts buffer.
Reconfigure the printer's memory and increase the
scalable fonts buffer. Resend the font, format, and
batch packet after reconfiguring the memory. If the
error message persists, call Technical Support.
The printer sensed a calibration of different-sized black
marks. Make sure the correct supply is loaded.
Printer has not sensed a supply mark within the
specified number of inches or out of supplies.
Check the

Press ENTER or ESCAPE/CLEAR, depending on your
printer. If the error continues to appear, change the
supply.
Printhead is overheated. Turn off the printer to let the
printhead cool. If the error persists, call Technical
Support.
Printer did not sense a black mark when expected.
