Insert the shoulder washer. Using the
special tool, insert the inner track of the
needle bearing. Insert the radial snap
ring.
Specific tooling
GU19927900 Punch for pressing bearing inner
ring onto drilled pin
•
Reposition the crown axle thickness.
NOTE
THE THICKNESS HAS A UNIQUE POSITION IN THE BOX.
PAY ATTENTION TO THE CORRECT POSITION BY
CHECKING THE CORRESPONDENCE OF THE HOLES
WITH THE FASTENING SCREWS.
•
Replace the complete cover of the hub
in the box.
•
Screw to torque the cover fixing
screws.
