PROBLEM

a. The release material sheet is
worn.
b. Incorrect cooking time.
c. Incorrect temperature.
d. The upper platen or lower grill
surface is not clean and/or has
carbon build-up.
e. The preset gap height is
incorrect.
f. The heating zone is not
heating.

surface is not clean and/or has
carbon build-up.
b. Release material sheet is worn.
c. The platen is not level.

e. Air pressure is not high
enough.

sheet.
b. Reset the processor control for
the correct time.
