The release material must be replaced when:

Cleaning procedures fail to remove all
buildup and product sticks to the release
material.
S
A tear appears in the cooking area of the
release material, causing product to stick to
the release material.

Note: It is not necessary to change the release
material if small pin holes develop on the sheet.
CAUTION: The upper platen surface and
release material are very hot. To prevent burn
injuries, wear heat-resistant gloves when
replacing release material.

DO NOT fold or crease.

DO NOT touch with sharp objects, grill
scrapers, or abrasive pads.

DO NOT place under other equipment or
objects.

DO NOT hot-hose or soak in water.
DO:

DO clean with a squeegee after each run of
product.

DO wipe with a clean, sanitizer-soaked grill
cloth a minimum of 4 times per hour and
more often during peak periods.

DO clean daily on both sides, using an
approved high temperature grill cleaner and
the grill cleaning pad and holder identified on
page 9.
