PROBLEM
6. The upper platen will not stay
in the COOK or STANDBY
position.
7. The upper platen will not stay
in the COOK position, but will
stay in the STANDBY mode.
8. The upper platen opens too
rapidly.
9. The display reads "PLATEN
NOT LATCHED".
10. The display reads "UPPER
PLATEN STUCK".
11. The platen will not lower to
preset gap height.

a. Temperature is insufficient to
satisfy the indicator LED's.
b. The control harness is faulty.

d. The latch switch is faulty.
e. The latch solenoid is faulty.
f. The processor control is faulty.
g. The pneumatic system is
faulty.

incorrect or missing.
