Maintenance and care

Before cleaning the device you must disconnect it from the mains.

Clean the surface of the device only with a slightly damp cloth. Never
use petrol, solvents or any aggressive cleaners! These could damage
the surface of the unit's housing!
Never submerse the device in water or any other liquid. Don't let any
X
liquid get into the housing. This would damage the unit and cause a
short circuit.

Troubleshooting

Following we list a few common problems that may occur during
operation. We give you some suggestions for easy troubleshooting:
The fixture does not work, no laser and the fan does not work.
1) Check whether the unit is connected to mains power.
Not responding to DMX controller
1) If a number, e.g. "001" is flashing in the display, the unit does not re-
ceive any DMX signal.
2) If the display is not flashing and the unit does not react, check the
DMX address settings and DMX polarity.
3) Try to use another DMX controller.
4) Check to see if the DMX cables run near or run alongside to high volt-
age cables that may cause damage or interference to DMX interface
circuit.
